I will personally welcome you to check inn and show you everything in the apartment and explain. It is completely your apartment for your stay. Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Bäckerei im historischen Fischerkietz. Der Straßenzug erinnert mit seinen denkmalgeschützen Häusern an eine Dorfstraße aus der Jahrhundertwende. Die Schlossinsel wie auch die Altstadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Sommer kann man im Flußbad oder im Müggelsee schwimmen. Der Flughafen BER ist in 45 min mit Bus (162/164) und S-Bahn (45/9) erreichbar. Wer Städtetrip und Entspannung verbinden möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Das kleine Studio liegt im gartenseitigen Souterrain eines schönen Holz-Hybridbaus, zentral in Berlin-Friedrichshain, zwischen der U5 Samariterstraße und den S-Bahnstationen Frankfurter Allee und Ostkreuz, nahe Boxhagener Platz. Das Zimmer zeigt nach Süden zu einer ruhigen kleinen Terrasse unterm Feigenbaum, im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter mit Fussbodenheizung. Es hat ein eigenes Duschbad und Eingang, keine Küche, aber eine Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Backofen.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

In the living room there is a separate sofa bed, which is in no way inferior to a comfortable bed. You should not be missing anything during your stay, so everything is taken care of, such as bed linen, towels, WiFi, Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines and fresh beans.
