Notes: During the European Football Championship the apartment will be available for 2 people max, (possibly with 2 children from 12 years). Parties and loud soccer evenings are not permitted out of consideration for my neighbors. The City of Berlin charges an additional 7.5% citytax.

Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich 3 GLAMPING Zelte sowie 2 Häuser mit Bädern und Küche. Das 18m2 große "Starlight" Zelt mit Platz für 4 Personen, sowie zwei kleinere 3x3m Zelte ("Sunset" & "Sunrise") , mit jeweils Platz für 2 Personen. Bucht ihr für 10 Personen, stellen wir noch ein extra Zelt auf oder zwei Personen schlafen im Haus, ganz wie ihr wollt.

Trotz Zentrumsnähe sind das Viertel und das Appartement ruhig gelegen und die Nachbarn sehr freundlich und ordentlich.

The area is full of life and is filled with plenty of cafés, restaurants, little shops, bars, parks and clubs.

Ein Mal-Atelier im Dachgestühl, selbst errichtet. Wir sind Künstlerin und Designer und haben einen Malsaal, ein Schlafzimmer, eine grosse Wohnküche, ein Wellness-Bad und ein Gäste- und Spielzimmer passgenau eingebaut. Das ist Eure Unterkunft!
