This beautiful fully equipped home is attached to the main house through a connected laundry room that is available for use. We are only 12 miles from Bentonville where you can experience museums, parks, bike and walking trails. Many culinary and cultural delights await you!

Relax with the whole family! Our home offers a 1 car garage, on-site laundry, full kitchen, and bathroom with double sink and rain head shower. The main bedroom holds a king bed, extra large closet, dresser, smart tv, and beautiful bay window. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and smart tv. The third bedroom holds a twin over full bunk bed, closet, dresser, and smart tv. Our home also includes high speed, 5G wireless and hardwired internet. Large fenced yard & play set!

This delightful cabin is in the city limits but feels remote since it is on seven acres and adjacent to 40 acres of vacant woods. Your own hot tub and washer/dryer. Judy’s cookies will be awaiting your arrival. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc . Lake Fayetteville and hiking and biking trails 3 miles. 1 mile from Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arvest Ball park 3 miles to Washington Regional Hospital and Tyson’s World Headquarters. The bedroom (1 queen bed) sleeps 2 people, the twin bed in the living room sleeps 1, and there’s a couch for a 4th person if needed. You’ll have a private, fully loaded kitchen, basic cookware, private laundry, private bathroom, private office and WiFi. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.
