Oakdale’s Corner Cottage. 2 bed 1 ba, new remodel!

This is freshly renovated 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. With all brand new furniture and appliances, tasteful decorations, a 72 inch tv with sound bar and sub, you may not want to leave! We are in a downtown location, a block from Restaurants, hotels and shopping, it’s the perfect location for business or pleasure. We are one block off of highway 120/108, so it’s convenient, but at rush hour you’ll likely hear some traffic. Washer/dryer in the garage. Please leave your shoes at the door.

Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Beautiful Orchard House on the Farm- Jacuzzi/Pool

A very magical place we call home. Nestled in the middle of 20 acres of established walnut trees, lies your new favorite getaway! You can simply sit back and chill in the beautiful Orchard House or come outside and enjoy the patio/pool/barbecue/ fire pit and spa. One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

Damon's Hideaway

Named after our first grandson, Damon's Hideaway is brand new construction (2023) that's designed to be unique and with a style all its own. We are former antique dealers and have tried to incorporate that interest in the whimsical decor. Whether desiring to kick back and relax or prepare a meal for a group, or both, this living space can easily accommodate. It's our wish that you thoroughly enjoy your experience, so please don't hesitate to contact us with any thoughts or concerns.

Luna Loft

1 bedroom above garage with its own entrance. Sofa folds into a standard bed. 2-3 adults maximum. Heat/ Cool system. SMART TV, no cable. WIFI available; password is on the box behind the TV. Washer/dryer in unit. Kitchen has dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave. Dishes, pans/pots, linens provided. 2 miles from 99 Freeway & downtown dining/ entertainment. Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. PLEASE, due to family health concerns, no animals in the unit.

The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

The COZY SPOT - Oakdale!

The Cozy SPOT Oakdale is a great stop over point on your way to the Sierras, Yosemite or if you're in town visiting family and friends. Full use of cozy home to relax includes BBQ, Hulu and WIFI. Fresh new look with new flooring throughout the house, new linens and furniture! A Ping Ping Table in the garage adds to the fun during your stay. Oh and a Pool! Pool safety fencing and self closing gate with safety latch allows parents to relax on the patio without any worries!

The Studio is a warm, more modern styled cottage, safely nestled in the backyard of a home, as a detached structure with a private entrance, front porch & plant life. Located in a quiet, tree lined residential neighborhood. It’s fully furnished, loaded with amenities...from appliances, kitchenware and condiments to personal care items. Comfortably hosts 1-2 adults, featuring a queen size bed with memory foam mattress.

La Loma Casita “B” - Entire House

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located in La Loma neighborhood. This Casita offers a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room (washer & dryer), queen size bed & 1 full bathroom. AC & Heather (via mini split system) Driveway fits two cars. Overall, a beautiful little house with lots of renovations. Self check-in with electronic keypad door lock. No smoking, no parties.
