We are in walking distance to groceries, dining, and everything the small town of Stinson Beach has to offer. Peekaboo views from the deck of ocean and town. You can hear the waves when the windows are open. This is a rustic spot, both Stinson itself and our apartment. Fiber internet added 2024.

Thirty feet above the forest floor you are nestled in a gorgeous, well-appointed suite of 1,000 year old polished redwood, with bathroom and amazing copper/glass forest-view shower. Our home was recently updated and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ping pong table, and a new 4 person hot tub. Comfortable beds and a cozy fireplace. We are located in the gated area of Seadrift. High ceilings, plenty of windows. Private setting behind a high wall, the spacious play yard with a fire bowl. Lushly landscaped gardens enclose the hot tub. This is a ridge view home on the Bolinas Lagoon but does not back up to the water. Short walk to beach.

Tam, the studio has a full kitchen and bath, and unobstructed panoramic views. 31 day stays have a 10% discount and are exempt from the 14% STR tax. Small dogs are welcome, and discounts on the pet fee will be considered for longer stays.
