Enjoy a peaceful holiday surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, forget about your car and jog along the seafront. In the evening, reach the town of Stintino (about 4 km from the villa) and taste a good pizza or some fresh seafood in the restaurants just in front of the Marina. Happy holiday!

Splendida casa di fronte alla torre de La Pelosa

Questa casa è dotata di due bagni interni e una doccia esterna, due camere da letto, una cucina attrezzata e una piccola area living. All'esterno è presente un grande terrazzo con tavolo in legno ed ombrellone, accompagnato da sdraio in tek: l'ambiente perfetto per godere del panorama! Il terrazzo è delimitato da piante mediterranee che esaltano ancor più la vista mozzafiato sul mare della Pelosa e sull'isola Asinara. Per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi si impiegano circa 5 minuti.

Avrete la possibilità di trascorrere delle meravigliose giornate in pieno relax a due passi dal mare. Consente di uscire di casa col costume indosso e raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia, sita a 100mt, in un sentiero avvolto nella rigogliosa vegetazione mediterranea . Dimenticherete di avere la macchina! Frontalmente l’ampia veranda e il giardino la rende perfetta per fare colazione e pranzare/cenare godendovi una splendida vista mare! E' adatto a coppie e famiglie con bambini.

Delightful apartment with veranda garden, and equipped with BBQ, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Gulf of Asinara, as well as fantastic sunsets. 6 beds + 2 on sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, new kitchen and living room. NB: Cleaning costs, € 75, and sheets (optional 20 per person) are not included in the rent and will be charged at the time of booking. Pets of small size are allowed. An additional fee of €25 applies for cleaning No Wifi at the moment

The space around is equipped with relaxation areas, for children's play. and for departure, from your own gate, for boat trips to the Asinara park or other, the location is perfect for nature lovers.
