Herzlich willkommen in unserem Haus mit dem Charme des Alters und unter der Obhut der Göttin Demeter mit ihren lustigen Gesellen. Unser Haus mit 2 FWen befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Fuße des Rauensteins, direkt am Malerweg. In ca. 600 m erreichen Sie Elberadweg, Fähranlegestelle, das Erlebnisbad und Gaststätten. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen, Radtouren, ebenso für Besuche von Burgen und Schlössern sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ca. 500 m befindet sich die S-Bahnstation "Stadt Wehlen".

A place with nearly 15,000 m² of private land where you can enjoy peace and freedom. Relax in the heated indoor pool with sauna, unwind in the outdoor hot tub under stars, or enjoy the cozy summer kitchen. The cottage is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Northern Bohemia. Right behind the house, trails lead to rock formations, viewpoints and the castle Skalní hrad Sloup. The area is perfect for hiking, cycling, and exploring the Lusatian Mountains and Bohemian Switzerland.

Die Ferienwohnung mit 74 m² ist eine maisonette Wohnung mit Flur, Wohnstube, 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Badezimmer und großem Balkon. Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon oder im Außenbereich möglich (Nichtraucherwohnung). Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein großer Garten mit Pool/Poolhaus (saisonal nutzbar) und Feuer- und Grillplatz. Garage sowie Carport vorhanden. WLAN, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, Nutzung des Kaminzimmers nach Rücksprache möglich.

Wellness Chalupa Zlaté Písky se nachází v obci Nové Křečany u Rumburka v lokalitě České Švýcarsko. Překrásná krajina je ideálním místem pro odpočinek a načerpání nových sil především pro rodiny s dětmi či páry. Objekt je z části oplocen.Neoplocenou část tvoří vlastní rybník vhodný ke koupání a les. Velikost pozemku 10000m² zaručuje naprosté soukromí a klid.
