The studio is in the centre of Randwick village, a few minutes walk off the Cotswold Way. This is a stone built bright and sunny, 24m2 self contained annex. With a memory foam double bed, kitchenette, table n chairs, and ensuite showeroom. All furnished to neutral tastes and finished to a high standard. There is a large SouthWest terrace, with sunset views down the valley and onto the National trust woodland. With a seperate entrance and parking. This is a smashing compact yet complete space.

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - waiting to be walked or cycled. It sleeps two at mezzanine level (+ has a travel cot), an open plan kitchen and cosy living area + bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Heron's Nest - Detached annexe in wooded valley

Heron's Nest is a detached, newly-refurbished two-storey annexe nestled within the charming hamlet of Harley Wood, in the Cotswolds AONB. The accommodation boasts wonderful views of Horsley valley and the beautiful gardens and lakes of Ruskin Mill. The gardens are free to visit, and the mill hosts a delightful cafe. Just a ten minute stroll away is Nailsworth town centre, home to many wonderful boutiques, inspiring galleries, and some of the finest restaurants the Cotswolds has to offer.

Greencourt Loft, Cotswold Way, Middleyard, Stroud

Greencourt Loft is a self contained, comfortable and luxurious coach house room situated in the beautiful and quiet village of Middleyard, on the edge of the Cotswold Escarpment in-between Stroud and Stonehouse. Just a few miles from J13 of the M5, we are in an area of outstanding natural beauty with access to open common land and ancient woodland, where mountains bikers, runners walkers and horse riders can all enjoy outdoor activities. The famous Cotswold Way runs close to the property.

Swallow Barn

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in the Cotswolds AONB on the outskirts of Tetbury, a stones through from the Royal Gardens of Highgrove, Gatcombe, Westonbirt Arboretum and Badminton. Swallow Barn is a converted old cow shed on an organic mixed farm that is teeming with both flora and fauna. Great for picturesque walks or a visit to the historic market town of Tetbury or cirencester. A peaceful getaway with occasional noises of farm machinery or farm animals.

A perfect base for enjoying hill walks or exploring the Cotswolds, only 5 minutes walk to the local pub (great food !) It is situated next to one of the most beautiful woods around Stroud, renowned for its wildlife, Bluebells and 'The Cotswold Way' (Walk guides provided).EV charger and projector with Netflix access available, all powered using high performance solar panels.

The Garden Studio Graywalls Stroud

5 mins walk from Stroud train station, the wood clad Garden Studio is airy and modern and surrounded by green. It overlooks our garden, and apart from the trains (only 2 an hour) it’s peaceful but also so close to the pretty hilly town of Stroud. The bustling farmers market on a Saturday is a great fun and the commons and walks are spectacular. There is parking on our drive. To get to the studio walk down the gravel pathway past our front door. The key hold is by the studio door.

Cosy Annex 10 mins walk from quirky Stroud

Our cosy self-contained Annex is only a 10 min walk from the train station and the quirky town centre of Stroud. It has its own entrance and enjoys a small private sunny courtyard. The internal space consists of a lovely new kitchen area with a small dining table and chairs and a lounge area with a sofa and wall mounted tv. From the lounge /diner there is welcoming double bedroom, leading into a small en-suite shower room and toilet. The space is perfect for 2 people/couple.

We hope to create a calm, friendly and accommodating environment for you to stay in our latest labour of love. Life is peaceful and quite here in our deceptively secluded spot in the hamlet of Watledge, on the Cotswold Way. We are within easy walking distance of the vibrant town of Nailsworth, as well as Amberley and Minchinhampton Common, with short drives to Cirencester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Tetbury, Bath, Badminton and Gatcombe. Come, relax and enjoy the Cotswolds.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

The Annex is a light and spacious self-contained studio above a garage with wonderful views across the valley. It has its own entrance, parking, and a private wooden deck with seating. There are plenty of wonderful walks you can do from our doorstep including the Cotswold Way, and a fantastic pub in the village which serves delicious food. You are surrounded by nature and wildlife, but Stroud is only an eight minute drive (or a 40 minute walk …!) away.
