The stay in the feudal district is nice and comfortable: There are many pubs, bakeries, cafes, shopping, supermarket, pizza service, and in the immediate vicinity. Bus 43 stops - the city center, 2 minutes entfertn and subway Marienplatz with U1 and U14 - Central Station-5 - 10 minute walk. Woods, vines and downtown within walking distance or with ÖNV. Theatre ramp nearby.

Ansonsten ist ein flexibler CheckIn nicht gewährleistet.

Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).
