Holiday House is located in Sukosan. House can accommodate up to 5 persons. Size of the house is 80 m2 with garden (150 m2). Public parking is available near the house. House is just 20 m from the sea and 500 m from the beach. In front of the house and behind the house is a garden with terrace and grill. In ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine. There is also a living room with satellite tv, WIFI and a small toilet.

Welcome to our studio (52 m2) in Zadar with a spacious garden - olive, citrus, fig and other mediterranean fruit trees - offering shade and tranquility after your trips. You might also find our Sparky (cat) roaming around;). Guests are welcome to use the fresh seasonal vegetables, spices and fruits grown in our garden. We provide free parking on the property. NOTE: The studio has a 200 cm ceiling height.
