Das Ferienhaus Velebit Lodge wurde 2020 komplett neu renoviert und liegt direkt beim Naturpark Velebit. Geniessen Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf das majestätische Velebit-Gebirge. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Parkplätze in Doppelgarage.

Stan je smjesten u Villi koja se nalazi u sklopuluksuznog resorta uz prekrasnu plažu. Udaljenost plaze iz stana je 25m. Terasa sa pogledom na more . Prekrasan morski pogled iz svih prostorija stana,učinit ce vas odmor savršenim. Stan je također udaljen samo 300m od marketa,pekare, restorana,bara,vocarne..Privatni parking. Ostava,ležaljke,suncobran. Sukošan ima prekrasne plaže, manifestacije i marinu. Zadra 10km, zracna luka 8 km ,4 Nacionalna Parka u blizini odmor ce uciniti ispinjenim.

Holiday House is located in Sukosan. House can accommodate up to 5 persons. Size of the house is 80 m2 with garden (150 m2). Public parking is available near the house. House is just 20 m from the sea and 500 m from the beach. In front of the house and behind the house is a garden with terrace and grill. In ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine. There is also a living room with satellite tv, WIFI and a small toilet.

The villa features two en-suite bedrooms, a small additional room, a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor area with a pool, sun loungers, and BBQ. I am available via Airbnb or phone and live only 10 minutes away if needed.
