Relaxing & private Suite in Sunset,by beach & park

Comfortable, peaceful, and newly furnished, this clean unit is a great place to relax and recharge. Located in the heart of the Sunset District, the Pacific Ocean and Golden Gate Park are within walking distance (as well as other parks like Pine Lake, Stern Grove, and the Reservoir Park). The Sunset is also home to many restaurants, coffee/boba shops, and bakeries. We are 2 blocks away from the L light rail line and the 29 bus, offering access to SF downtown, the zoo, and other neighborhoods.

Come stay on the 1st floor of our beautiful 3-story house, complete with a separate entrance and private space including a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. You will also have access to our laundry room and backyard garden, and you can use our kitchen upon request. Please note that, while we try to be respectful about noise, sound travels easily in our place. We also have two children and a cat, so you are likely to hear us at times. People from all backgrounds are welcome!

Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month 9am-11am and across the street is on 2nd and 4th Monday of the month 9am-11am.) One-minute access to public transportation. The 29 bus and 48 bus stops are across the street.

West Portal is a San Francisco neighborhood that is charming, safe and centrally located. Convenient to Downtown, the Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Park by public transportation. Our place is completely remodeled and tastefully decorated with good sunlight and a view of the garden. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This is a spacious suite with private bathroom, counter. This room is at the back of our house behind the garage, window towards the wall. It has a Queen sized bed that sleeps two people. It's also equipped with a private counter. My husband and I are living upstairs, but you have your own private access downstairs to your room after entering the main door.
