La Casita Next Door a Desert Oasis

Close to hiking trails, ball parks, Midwestern University, ASU West and main thoroughfares (I-17, 51, 101, & 303). After a day of working hard or hardly working enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool or stretch out on the chaise lounges. Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! Gated, Private Entrance, Security door, Walk-in Closet, Tile/Glass Shower Surround. Small Patio area with extra seating. BBQ, Pool Upon Request, Bicycles upon Request. Ocassionally. We mostly leave it up to our guests. Ask the hosts to provide bicycles and then head for the bike path in nearby Conocido Park. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and churches, with Arrowhead Mall also close. Local hiking trails include North Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and Dreamy Draw. Park & Ride 1 mile away. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

North Phoenix Casita. Private entrance with studio hotel style room. Queen bed with walk in closet and Roku TV. Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, sink, coffee maker and toaster. Room has dedicated AC and water heater. Full bathroom with shower. Scenic, quiet neighborhood feels out of the way, but only 4mi to I-17 and 10mi to Cave Creek and 5mi from Ben Avery Shooting Range. Backed up to nature preserve with hiking/mountain bike trails. Trail access point is just one mile away.

Desert Paradise Casita is located behind our home. We are in North Phoenix with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The casita is private, and you will have the whole place to yourself. It is surrounded by the beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101). We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.

Welcome to this Delightful Guest house. Has its own private entrance. This peaceful and centrally -located place is in close proximity to Cardinal stadium and Phoenix raceway. Close to multiple Spring training facilities such as Camelback, Peoria Sport Complex, Surprise Stadium and Goodyear Ballpark. Entertainment centers, Hospitals, Golf complexes and shopping centers are also a short distance. There are also three lakes a short walk away where you can fish or relax.

Pickleball court acess to hiking trails. Granite and marble countertops, full kitchen. Large shared backyard with pickle-ball and basketball courts. Reviews say it all. To book guests must have previous positive reviews. Smart TV but no cable provided.
