Come and relax in the quiet backyard, lounge by the (unheated) pool all day. We have both charcoal & Propane BBQ's, outdoor dining and 2 outdoor living rooms. Indoors you will find a spacious, well stocked kitchen, the living room has a large smart TV and WIFI. The large master bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a smart TV. There is also a pack&play and many toys for kids to use. There are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom . Sofa bed & airbed w/ linens in the closet.

This house has everything you need. Only 3 miles from Surprise stadium. 11 miles from Cardinal stadium. It has a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and darts in the game room. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. Relax in the backyard, eat outside and enjoy the great weather, and watch Arizona's beautiful sunsets.
