L'appartamento CASA GIULIA DI SOPRA, ristrutturato nel 2022 e situato al primo piano, è una porzione di un'antica colonica situata nel cuore del Chianti Classico. E' circondato dai vigneti di Villa Calcinaia, tenuta di proprietà dei Conti Capponi dal 1524. L'appartamento si trova a 130 mt. di distanza dalla piscina condivisa, aperta da maggio ad ottobre.L'appartamento dispone di un'area esterna dotata di tavolo e sedie dove gli ospiti potranno desinare e godersi un bicchiere di vino al tramonto.

Casa namaste è un piccolo casolare in pietra con interni curatissimi a 1 km dal borgo medievale di Montescudaio La casa è completamente circondata da bosco e querce secolari a 150 metri scorre il fiume Cecina nel giardino di 5000 metri quadrati c'è una sorgente naturale con una grande vasca in pietra per rinfrescarsi e una doccia calda esterna immersa nel verde..abbiamo una linea adsl Vodafone con download 33 e upload 1.4..da questa primavera è inoltre disponibile smart TV e climatizzatore

Monolocale di 50 mq in stile rustico toscano. Cucina a vista,frigo combinato, lavatrice,lavastoviglie,forno a microonde,wi-fi,aria condizionata,TV 55p, bagno con doccia,giardino esterno con zona pranzo e barbecue in muratura.Posto auto privato di fronte all'ingresso. La casetta è a circa un km dal borgo medievale di Suvereto, " uno dei più belli d'Italia ". La spiaggia più vicina è a circa 15 minuti.Animali ammessi.LUGLIO e AGOSTO consentiti solo soggiorni settimanali da sabato a sabato.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! L’Agriturismo San Rocco è immerso nella campagna Toscana di Suvereto, caratteristico borgo medievale a pochi minuti dalle bellissime spiagge della Costa degli Etruschi (Baratti, Mortelliccio, Carbonifera, Torremozza ecc..). A mezz'ora da suvereto è possibile prendere il traghetto per l'Isola d'Elba. Adiacente alla nostra struttura si trova la bella cantina della Tenuta Casadei dove, su prenotazione, è possibile fare degustazioni e visita guidata dell'azienda stessa.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Luxury frescoed apartment in the historical center

The Palazzo Pannilini Superior apartment is composed of a bright entrance enriched by an elegant coffered ceiling, a large fully frescoed lounge, a large foyer, a kitchen equipped with a terrace, a dining room topped with a frescoed vault, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a wardrobe room, and a panoramic terrace where you can sunbathe and relax. The apartment is located at the second floor with no elevator. The apartment has air conditioning.

La Pieve - the house next to the church

To the right of the Argenina church, after which it is named, it has the persuasive look of its 2 small arches facing west. Perhaps it was once the parish priest's house, or the one where cooking was done in the large wood-burning oven, who knows?
