Lobstermen's ocean-front cottage

Be our guests & experience the life & beauty of Midcoast Maine. Relax & enjoy the views, warm up in the sauna or go for a refreshing dip. The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Historic Stephenson Farm on 35 acre Mason Pond

This water front historic Stephenson Farmhouse is a cozy 3 bedroom farmhouse that sits on 5 acres with frontage on Lower Mason Pond. A bird lovers paradise along with sightings of beaver & river otters. Trail from house leads to waterfront, canoes, paddles & PFD’s and a picnic table. We’ve maintained the antiquity of the house along with many antique pieces of furniture. Enjoy amazing sunsets, expand your birding life list, pick apples and blueberries in season. . . on a nature preserve.

Lavender by the Sea

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

Waterfront Tipi Glamping // Phoenix Landing

Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

Belfast Ocean Front Cottage

This quaint ocean front cottage is surrounded by lovely flower gardens and a panoramic view of Belfast Harbor. You're 20 feet from the beach ,and a 10 min walk to town.We have recreational kayaks you can use to paddle about the bay and up the river. With a shabby-chic decor, lots of windows & light, the cottage will steal your heart & give you a Maine experience to remember!

Waterfront cottage on quiet Graham lake in the middle of our small working farm. Great spot for quiet relaxation, fishing or kayaking. 2 canoes on the property. Good central location for visiting Bangor, Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park and Downeast Sunrise ATV Trail. Private setting. Wifi available at the farmhouse. This gorgeous oceanfront house, with breathtaking unobstructed ocean views from the large deck and nearly every room, is owned by classical musicians and is aptly named La Mer (“The Sea”), after a famous orchestral work of the same name. Our sanctuary is private, cozy, spacious, and artistically inspiring. Downtown Belfast is less than 10 minutes away by car.
