Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. Enjoy the breath-taking Mediterranean Sea views (so close you can hear it!) and dramatic Castello Maniace view from my newly renovated penthouse apartment situated on historic island of Ortigia, heart of Siracusa. Attico Maniace is within walking distance of great restaurants, museums, historical landmarks, shops and just 2' walk from the beach. It is an ideal base to explore Ortigia, Siracusa, the rest of Baroque Sicily and the other sites of Magna Grecia without having to pack and unpack.

E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.

We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area.
