This elegant and bright 90 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of an ancient building from 1890 and enjoys one of the most beautiful views of the sea and the sunsets of Ortigia. Furnished with taste and attention to details, the flat has a living room and a large double bedroom with balconies overlooking "La Darsena". The apartment offers a second bedroom with a French bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom and a full-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and closet.

Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. L 'accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Angela and I shall strive for excellent reception.
