We have a large, lower unit, private studio with a separate entrance, washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

Nestled on the water of the Sausalito Richardson Bay, our houseboat offers an immersive experience of unrivaled beauty. The breathtaking, panoramic views unfold like a canvas right before you. Upper level of remodeled houseboat with rooftop deck, full kitchen and laundry where every detail is thoughtfully designed including local artists' work. Staying here is not just about accommodation; it’s creating memories that will linger long after you’ve departed. Not suitable for young children/pets.

Lightworks Treehouse Retreat

The treehouse retreat is surrounded by a redwood and oak forest, a nearby stream, and sauna. Enjoy coffee on the deck and listen to the sounds of nature, or nestle up with a book in a nook in your Queen-sized bed. Gaze through any of the large, light-filled windows encircling a full kitchen with sink, microwave, electric stove top, toaster oven, and mini fridge, a mid-century living room area, maple dining table that converts into ample workspace. Relax in the deep Japanese tub to wind down.

Capture the spirit of 1960s American wanderlust in a gleaming 1969 Airstream. Painstakingly restored with period décor. We added our "aluminum guest house" to our back yard with a 100 foot crane! Quiet, green and private backyard. Plenty of headroom, modern amenities and new plumbing with delightful 1969 Vintage décor. 1000 thread count sheets on a queen size bed. Great WIFI and onsite tech support. Well equipped kitchen. Marin County STR License Number P5274 4 parking spaces in front.

Snuggle up on the sofa with a good book, stream a movie on your tablet, or cook a delicious meal in the kitchenette. Alternatively it's easy to explore downtown Mill Valley by walking down the Dipsea steps or driving.

Small detached guest cottage (no kitchen) with a private entrance, queen bed /full bath/TV, and a small area with coffee/tea/fridge/microwave/toaster-oven and wifi. We're following strict sanitizing and washing protocols and provide cleaning supplies in the unit. We're in a quaint neighborhood in a flat area of Mill Valley. This space is comfortable for 1 and cozy for 2. A mile from downtown Mill Valley, many great hiking/mountain biking trails and San Francisco is 10 miles away.

Open to nightly rentals! Close to The Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods in magical Mill Valley. 400 sq ft + large deck of a well- appointed apmt in Tam Valley and with stunning view. Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)

You may catch the cherry blossoms in early spring and be visited by deer in the summer and fall. And in the winter, you’ll hear the meditative flow of the creek that runs along our property.
