The stylish renovation adds modern elements with guest comfort in mind. The dreamy rooftop terrace has a vista of clay tile roofs surrounded by a distant patchwork of vineyards. Residential area to come in your own vehicle and res at my house, without giving up the proximity of interesting places & beaches.Due to urban regulations and to respect our neighbors, noise is not allowed from 11pm to 8am, bachelor parties, or parties Music is allowed if its volume does not bother anyone. Están totalmente aisladas y cuentan con entrada independiente desde la calle y amplia y soleada terraza para los inquilinos. Aire acondicionado (frío/calor) en todas las habitaciones. Dos baños completos (suite y general). Comedor con cocina americana. Suite con sala de baño y vestidor. Habitación con dos literas. Sala de estar con TV, sillones y sofá (cama).
