Great base for some amazing walks.Fluted Cape, Penguin Island etc Internet is complimentary, at times it can have poor connection.Please be respectful of the water. Do not do your washing in Cottage we rely on rain water.Not suitable for children of any age.

Maxy’s is a 3 bedroom waterfront shack with open plan living, dining and kitchen area overlooking the D’Entrecasteaux Channel. It has a newly renovated, galley style kitchen plus bathroom including washing machine. There is a fireplace to keep you cosy and complete the ambiance. Maxys features a deck out the front to enjoy uninterrupted water views and it’s an easy stroll down the track to access the waterfront. Also within close proximity (1km) is Hotel Bruny, a local favourite.

YARINGA is a beautifully renovated Beach Shack ideally set up for two couples. There are two generous queen bedrooms, each featuring a gorgeous window seat, and ensuite bathrooms. The open plan living area has quality furnishings, a modern kitchen, and sliding doors leading you out to the large deck areas. And to top it off there are views of the ocean from all living areas, and the decks. The house has been totally renovated with the fastidious holiday maker in mind.

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.
