Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the Mediterranean at this exclusive retreat. The home has been carefully designed to create harmony with the surrounding landscape through natural finishes, neutral tones, and tasteful decor. Watch the sunrise from the East balcony, enjoy the sound of waves on the South terrace and fall in love with the sunset, while having dinner on the West balcony. All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. Direct access to the beach via a private entrence, a large swimming pool and a kids playgroung at your disposal. Great restaurants within walking distance and the center of Barcelona just 14 km away. It ocupies the whole floor, so you have no other balconies/neighbours to look at. Only the sea and the palm trees. There are 2 parking spaces available inside the comunity. Please note, thers is no elevator. Upon your arrival you will find the apartment in perfect condition, professionally cleaned and prepared with everything you need to feel at home. The property includes every amenity from bathroom products to towels and fine linen; also high end kitchen appliances. When you arrive, I will welcome you personally and we will take care of your check in and every other need you could have; so you can relax and enjoy the luxury holiday environment. check in from 5 pm to 10pm check out until 10 am Please contact me if you arrive outside of this timeframe. Gava Mar is an exclusive area just outside of the city of Barcelona. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. Gava Mar is an exclusive area just outside of the city of Barcelona. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. It is also close to the airport and to some fantastic wineries in the region. Come and enjoy all that this fantastic location has to offer.

Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm.
