The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. Mieminger Waldhäusl

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Das Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Zirl. Im nahen Umkreis gibt es viele Wander- sowie Skigebiete. Sowohl der Bahnhof als auch die Bushaltestelle sind nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Landeshauptstadt Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus und dem Zug in 20 Minuten und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) sowie verschiedene Restaurants (Pizzeria, Chinesisches Restaurant, usw.) sind ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung.
