Zeeland, bekend om haar zee en strand, pittoreske stadjes, fraaie vergezichten, culinaire hoogtepunten en veel zonuren. Het huis is in 2021 volledig gemoderniseerd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Dans le quartier ont y trouve une dizaine de bars, restaurants dans un rayon de 500m. La boulangerie se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue. Le parking est privé et gratuit.
