It's only 2-10 mins drive away from the beach, cafes, general store, farm store, art & craft shops, medical centre, library and tennis courts. There's plenty of outdoors space (1260ha of it) ... My house has lots of character and comfort and is great for pets; friends, family and club get-togethers (4 other houses are available on the farm for accommo too)

Located in a quiet part of town it is a 5min walk to the local swimming pool and/or golf course and a 10-15min walk to beach and town. The main shopping area with a cinema, cafes, restaurants plus a boating marina is 5 min drive. The spa pool is free but your responsibility to fill, heat and leave it clean: instructions there.
