Apartment 36 is a luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment with stunning unobstructed views overlooking the Marina and Harbour. There is a designer kitchen with new appliances and itis well equipped along with a Weber bbq on the balcony with gas supplied. There is unlimited WiFi, outdoor seating and sun loungers. The Bathroom has a large walk in shower. It is in an excellent location with a short walk to Restaurants , beach, town and supermarket. The complex has a large shared swimming pool & hot tub.

Nestled in the Pauanui Lakes Resort you’ll find Villa 46 where you can kick back, relax and enjoy the tranquil space offered. Enjoy the resort facilities during your stay, including 2 swimming pools, gymnasium, tennis courts and an 18 hole international golf course. Note this is a bird sanctuary so unfortunately no pets are permitted on site. Just a quick 10 minute drive to the Pauanui village and beach where you will find local cafes, shops and a supermarket for any last minute essentials.

Watch the activity on the waterways… boats coming and going, lots of sea birds etc. Gorgeous pool and spa as well as a gym and tennis court. Close to town and all amenities. Great kitchen , indoor and outdoor living areas. 2 bedrooms but can fit 2 extra children in second bedroom. (2 foam mattresses)
