Apartment 36 is a luxury Apartment with stunning unobstructed views overlooking the Marina and Harbour. The Apartment has a new designer kitchen with new appliances and is well equipped. There is Weber bbq on the balcony with gas supplied. There is unlimited WiFi, Sky TV , a 75" Sony Android Smart TV with Netflix etc. The Bathroom has a large walk in shower. Excellent location with a short walk to Restaurants , beach, town and supermarket. The complex has a large shared swimming pool.
