Cask ales they retrieve from the basement and huge huffers - their signature sandwich!

A traditional old pub serving great food and beer with a very large beer garden. The hot or cold Huffers ( a triangle shaped bap like bread) are a well known local favourite. The Compasses is a 5 minute drive away or a 30 minute cross country walk.

Wonderful characterful and friendly pub. Lovely food, especially the Huffers and real ale straight from the cask.
