Food is local, fresh, simple but impossibly delicious.. The clientele is an easy mix of locals and tourists, servers speak good English and they are kind and helpful in explaining choices. Reasonable but interesting and excellent wines; house wine is good as well. Try onion stuffed with Pecorino cheese, wild boar ragout or Pici pasta with Parmesan and black pepper.

Traditional Florentine food prepared in an excellent manner. Ingredients are fresh, the atmosphere is very warm and the staff is friendly, informal yet very attentive and polite. Suggested at any time but my favourite is Sunday for lunch.
