Shhhh! This is a secret! This place has the best ice cream in the world! We call this "The DP" (Dairy Port). Ah-Mazing!!! From here, and all along Main Street, you can see beautiful views of Fort Knox. You can take your ice cream, and cross the street, and go down towards the water, where Bucksport has a beautiful waterfront walk, and enjoy your ice cream sitting on a bench with a view of Fort Knox, or walking along the water.

A local favorite, the ice cream shop on Main St, Wahl's Dairy Port, offers lots of textures, types and flavors of ice cream. The ice cream shop has been in existence for as long as I can remember (and I'm 60!) and it is a place that local residents love to go to, especially at the end of a hot summer's day!
