Abe's Cocina is about as original as you can get in the northern new mexico vibe category. Abe started this bar 60 years ago and is still hanging around, their breakfast burritos are fantastic. Nothing special, just classic tasty northern New Mexican cuisine.

The Cocina (when they're cooking) is the best place for authentic NM fare, a little (lot) greasy, but super delicioso made by hand empañadas, tamales, tacos, burritos, featuring local meat preparations, and a convenience store with lots of basics to round it out. Bar next door. This is Arroyo Seco.

The local's (really local) neighborhood dive bar. You can grab package liquors or stop through for a drink with the local crowd. The location marker on this is incorrect, it is next to Abe's Cocina.
