Nice lake to walk around. There is a bird sanctuary there and you can rent kayaks there durring the summer time.

Go Here: Waneka Lake Park is a recreational and wildlife refuge in a suburban setting featuring playground structures, shelter facilities, picnic tables, benches, fishing areas, and a 1.2 mile fitness trail for walking, biking or running within its 147 acres. The views are amazing! Waneka Lake Boathouse provides paddleboat and canoe rentals in the summer months. Restrooms and drinking fountains available year-round. Dogs allowed on-leash.
