Medina Lake is a reservoir on the Medina River in the Texas Hill Country, about 40 miles northwest of San Antonio. The lake is fed by and discharges back into the Medina River. The Medina Lake has been stocked with species of fish intended to improve the reservoir for recreational fishing.
Medina lake is one of the most accessible lakes in the San Antonio area. It's a pretty large, turquoise gem that is great for all sorts of boating and water activities.
