Tube approx 2 miles down a shallow spring that turns you into 2 miles of the Chipola River. This is great for families because it is less of a party stop because most people are moving along the water versus hanging out in one area.

A float trip down a spring-fed creek and into the Chipola River. The first 2 miles are absolutely crystal clear water and scenic beauty. The floats they use are the heavy duty "tow behind boat" and are comfy. We make it a point to do this float trip several times a year because we love the scenery, relaxation, and people watching...

Rent a float, canoe, or kayak and slowly float down "Bear Paw" river. This is a 45 to 60 minute drive west of Tallahassee.
