This place is our favorite! Do not expect anything glamourous or touristy - it is a tiny little bistrot, highly appreciated by local and loyal fishermen, lead by charismatic Roland, who is from Corsica, and his daughter Fanny. This place is opened only at lunch time and only during weekend. Roland proposes only one dish - the main dish - and only one dessert - the dessert! On Saturdays it is usually Aioli, traditional dish in Provence with fish, boiled vegetables and garlic sauce - trust me, this is the best Aioli you will ever eat! Also, prepare to eat a lot! The dessert is incredible as well and depends on Roland's personal inspiration for that day. You can take house wine (instead of bottled wine) and will not be disappointed! Roland also serves top quality ham and cheese selection from Corsica on wooden tray. Best place to pass Saturday or Sunday afternoon, whether it is sunny or raining, you will forget about everything (but you will not forget this place after being here, I promise). Better to call and book in advance as there are just few tables!

Bistrot ambiance locale, clientèle antiboise. A 2 minutes à pied du studio. 7, rue de la Pompe.Cuisine traditionnelle, charcuterie corse, fromages corses, aïoli, coquillages "couteaux". Prix moyens-hauts.
