Sefa Utaki is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A very sacred place for people in Okinawa. In Sefa Utaki, religious rituals and festivals are still active today. Sefa means the highest meaning, and Sefa Utaki is the best of the Ryukyu Kingdom. *Utaki is a sanctuary that worships God.

This place has strange stone formations- Very large and out of place. Popular with tourists and tour company'. It costs 200yen to park but is free to visit. normal operation hours.

This place is one of seven Utaki, which is the sanctuaries created by Amamikiyo, the Goddess of Ryukyu Kaibyaku (Okinawan legend). The inaugural ceremony of the highest rank pythoness “Kikoe-okimi” is believed to have held here. This is the most sacred place in Okinawa that worshipped by many people today. It was registered as a World Heritage in 2000. Getting through Sangui, the worship site made of two huge rocks, you can see Kudaka Island.
