New Center Eatery

It’s survived major Midtown construction, and when I asked Johnny Cannon, the owner, how he did it, he said, “The diversity of my clientele, and the waffles.” They have so many different types of waffles, and they’re all phenomenal. The chefs are very comical too, yelling and screaming—it’s a very lively place. It should come as no surprise that I’d tell you to order the waffles.
