The garden cafe is lovely and romantic, but I'm not that impressed by the food. Go for a coffee or lemonade. There's also a terrific bookshop at the hotel, with mostly English books.

beautiful Garden restaurant, in Eastern Jerusalem, in historical diplomat-filled hotel. Mingle with journalists, statesmen and history as you discuss politics & literature! about 20 minutes by bus.
