Closest Theatre to Cabana. (Other than the unique Tin Room Bar Theatre downtown Burien.) This multiple theatre AMC is located in Southcenter mall with plenty of Restaurants for Dinner downstairs. Ie. Dukes, and Joey's. The secret movie parking is on the very top of the Southcenter parking garage up ramp. There is a back door! Saves you two escalator rides...

Inside the mall and has it all. Even some movies in cushy chairs and 3-d.

Top floor theater with all the latest movies if you absolutely need to see a movie when it first comes out or you want to rest from shopping at Southcenter Mall.

I prefer this theater over others. The seats are comfortable and you can kill some time in the mall while waiting for the movie to start.

Located inside the Southcenter Mall, Near the food court. This theater is top notch. Has reclining seats, great snacks, and has all the latest movies.
