Kayak, Canoe or just picnic along the river where the Timucua Indians lived. Driving through the loop is also a local favorite especially for motorcycle enthuiasts.

This is an area with a few parks. Tomoka State Park, Bulow Creek State Park, and Central Park are all interconnected. Great for outdoor, nature, hiking, biking, paddle boards, kayaks.. Look online and you will find tours, rentals, etc.

Dog-friendly state park a relatively close drive to the Airbnb. It has multiple areas to explore that put you and your dog right on the the banks of the river and smaller waterways. Great area to see the occasional manatee, as the smaller waterways are calm for our lazy & gentle giants!
