If you visit Cluj during the summer this is a good place to hide from the blazing sun, but not only. It has some nice terraces for having a lunch or a lemonade, and an urban lake where you must take a ride on a swan paddle boat :)

This is the biggest park in the town, the main alley is so long it doesn’t seem to end, surrounded by overwhelmingly tall trees.
