Learn the history of how Southeast Idaho started in the potato industry and became the Potato Capital of the World! With a delicious cafe at the end. The museum is situated within the old Union Pacific Train Depot and is full of history.

Hey you are in Idaho--where else will you find a potato museum? It features the history of potato farming, the worlds largest potato chip and of course a cafe that features french fries and all kind of potato souvenirs.
