Al Tiramisu is an adorable little Italian restaurant in the Dupont Circle neighborhood. The restaurant is romantic and homey. The service is great as well. It's our favorite Italian restaurant. By the way, the black truffle risotto is out of this world. You could very well be sitting next to someone famous.
