Opened in 2007 this blink-and-you'll-miss-it treasure trove is nestled in the heart of Balmain's Darling Street. The contemporary French inspired patisserie showcases some of the most luscious and inventive cakes. The Balmain patisserie also houses their colourful range of Zumbarons, as well as an extensive selection of freshly baked artisan breads and pastries. Get in early as there is only so much this tiny little treasure can hold!

Yes Zumbo is a Balmain Boy and this is his original partisserie!! Psst! His large bakery with outlet is down on Wellington St ( 10min delicious stroll from here!!)

Amazing cakes and macaroons from legendary pastry chef. Soo good! They also have great pastries and breads. mmm mmm Note: Terry Street has closed. 296 Darling Street Balmain is still trading
