Famous Hamburg Fish Market. Open ONLY on Sunday VERY early morning (from 05:00 AM till 09:30 AM). If you arrive there short before 9:00 AM you can buy everything less then half price.

20 min walk: A legend and a must-see for all visitors to Hamburg: Since 1703, pretty much everything that is not bolted down has been traded here at Hamburg's most traditional market. From dusty porcelain jugs to a chirpy family of ducks, you can find just about anything in the shadow of the 100-year old fish auction hall.

I myself don't like it very much but since it's huge for every tourist you might want to see it anyway. Sometimes you will find great bands playing in the fish market hall.
