This italian influenced villa built in 1912 for a prominent family was turned into a museum of modern and contemporary art and holds a permanent collection as well as seasonal exhibitions promoting local artists the most important of which being the Salon d’Automne.

Modern art and contemporary art museum which is walking distance away from my building. The Museum building exemplifies Lebanese architecture with its Italianate and Ottoman architectural influences

A beautiful architectural and historic space housing art exhibitions by well acclaimed Lebanese and Arab fine artists. A must visit. The museum’s design store is very well curated and the cafe is lovely.
