"The Peoria Sports Complex is a baseball complex located in the Peoria suburb of Phoenix, Arizona, USA, near Peoria's main shopping district on Bell Road. It consists of the main baseball stadium and 12 practice fields. It is one of six facilities to host Arizona Fall League games"

Welcome all Seattle Mariner and San Diego Padres fans during spring training. The complex also hosts various baseball tournaments, RV and craft shows and food truck nights. The city uses it to host their Easter and Trick or Treating events each year. 4th of July is it's own fun day with bands and events all day and fireworks viewable from our neighborhood.

Spring training! Restaurants and Bar surround the area PF Changs, Texas Roadhouse , Check out the Social for dinner or brunch or he Hash for breakfast and the Bloody Mary Bar ( look at their hours , open early , close early)
