An icon in Chamonix because the pastries and cakes are refined, delicate and delicious. The coffee is smooth and nutty. A perfect cheese omelette with salad for 8 euros is uncommon in Chamonix. The brunch is complete and there's plenty of room for everyone, including the terrace on the main pedestrian avenue.

Just a stone's throw from the flat, don't hesitate to try the delicious pastries from Les Petits Gourmands. And to continue this moment of sweetness, buy the the 4810, small praline chocolates in the shape of Mont Blanc.

Not cheap to have just a coffee or a tea. Well, not cheap at all. But the desserts are the reason to come here. A huge variety of exquisite petits fours, tarts and all sorts of goodies. A few savoury items as well and of course, baguettes. Save a bit of dosh by taking your cakes to go - they charge extra for table service.
