The Phoenix Zoo is one of my favorite places to visit! It's a large zoo with many animals to see and it's a great easy-going activity for everyone. If you fancy sipping on cocktails while checking out the Zoo at night, "Roars & Pours" is a great activity for those 21 and over! This event occurs on a select day each month from October-May (excluding December). If you happen to be in Scottsdale in Nov-Dec, the PHX Zoo hosts "Zoo lights" which is another evening activity showcasing their version of Christmas lights at the Zoo. This is a great event for couples looking for a date, a family outing, or even a girl's night out!
