Quaint little restaurant with good Mexican Food

This was the fi rst restaurant Mike and Sarah took over from my friend and artist Dolores. The authentic Talavera tile work, original stained glass art and bright Mexican colour palette in this tiny eatery transport you immediately South of the border, then there's the food.... Try the Tacos Del Mar: Baja Style battered local ling cod or grilled prawn, cabbage, avocado mousse, pico de gallo, chipotle aioli, & fresh lime or for something more spicy The Maverick: marinated flank steak, Mexican chorizo, crispy bacon, chipotle potatoes, caramelized onion, fresh guacamole, & crema. Finish off with the best Key Lime Pie I have had outside of Key West (where I lived for 10 years) I kid you not!

Delicious fresh Mexican and Latin inspired dishes, using socially responsible ingredients that support the local community whenever possible. Their seasonal features and regular menu highlight the local climate while remaining faithful to the traditional roots and cultural inspiration. Open from 11:30 till late seven days a week.
