The Town Center is one mile north on Bothell Way. It has a Starbucks, an Albertson's grocery, a Ross, Planet Fitness gym, Honey Bear Bakery, Third Place Books, Ice cream, Subway, Lake Forest Park Bar and Grill, Rite Aid drug store, Bank of America, among other necessities you might need.

This mall has a grocery store, a lovely bookstore, a chocolatier, MOD Pizza, a food court, Rite Aid, Library, Fly Fishing store, Planet Fitness Gym, Starbucks Frozen Yogurt and two artistic gift stores.
